AI & Machine Learning

Practical AI: chatbots, forecasting and document intelligence.

Glowing AI brain surrounded by model training, NLP and deployment cards

Practical AI, starting from a real chore

Who it’s for

  • Staff spend hours answering questions whose answers already exist in your documents.
  • Information arrives as PDFs, forms or emails and is typed into a system by hand.
  • You plan stock, staffing or production from gut feel while years of history sit unused.
  • You want to add AI to an existing product or workflow without rebuilding it.

AI and machine learning development means building software features that learn from data or language models, such as answering questions from documents, extracting fields from forms or forecasting numbers, and connecting them to a business's existing systems.

AI is useful when it removes a specific, repeated chore: answering the same questions, reading the same kinds of documents, predicting the same numbers. We start from that chore, not from the technology.

Most of the work is not the model. It is getting the right data to it, connecting the result to the system where people already work, deciding what happens when the model is unsure, and measuring whether it is still right a month later.

We build the feature, connect it to your data and keep measuring it after launch, because an AI tool that quietly drifts is worse than none.

Problems AI can solve, and how

  • Knowledge is scattered across files and people

A document assistant grounded in your own sources (retrieval-augmented generation) that answers with references.

  • Manual data entry from documents

Extraction of fields and text from invoices, forms and contracts into your system.

  • Planning based on guesswork

Forecasting models trained on your historical sales or demand.

  • AI answers nobody can trust

Grounding, confidence thresholds, human review paths and accuracy monitoring after launch.

What AI & machine learning work includes

  • Custom AI chatbots

Chatbots grounded in your own documents and data, with clear fallbacks to a human when they are unsure.

  • Sales & trend forecasting

Forecasting models for sales, demand and trends, built on your historical data.

  • Document & text extraction

Automatic extraction of fields and text from invoices, forms and contracts.

  • Image & video AI tools

Image and video tools for inspection, tagging and search.

  • AI accuracy monitoring

Ongoing checks on accuracy so you know when a model needs attention.

How an AI project runs

  1. 01

    Pick the right task

We find the repeated, well-defined chore where AI genuinely helps, and rule out where it will not.

  2. 02

    Prototype on real data

A quick working version tested against your own examples to prove it before we commit.

  3. 03

    Build and connect

Production-grade integration with your systems, access controls and fallbacks.

  4. 04

    Monitor and improve

Accuracy tracking and regular tuning so quality holds as your data changes.

Common questions

How can AI be integrated into an existing business workflow?

Usually as a feature inside a system you already use: a search box over your documents, a field that fills itself from an uploaded form, a forecast on an existing dashboard. Most of our AI work is added to a system rather than built as a separate product.

Do we need a lot of data?

Not always. Document assistants and extraction work with the content you already have. Forecasting needs enough history to learn from, which we check before committing.

How do you handle wrong answers?

Through grounding in your own sources, confidence thresholds, human review paths for uncertain cases, and accuracy checks after launch.

Which AI models do you use?

We choose the model for the task, from hosted large language models to custom models trained on your data, and design the system so the model can be changed later.
